When refunds may be approved

Refunds may be approved when technical issues prevented access, a genuine payment mistake occurred, or there was a hardship and the platform has not been substantially used.

When refunds may be declined

Requests may be declined after substantial use of premium features, account sharing, academic dishonesty, abuse, promotional non-refundable purchases, or repeated bad-faith requests.
