AI learning data

Prompts, answers, files and practice activity may be processed to generate responses, grading, summaries and recommendations. Students should avoid submitting unnecessary personal information in prompts.

We share data only with service providers needed to operate NeuraGeek, such as hosting, analytics, payment processing, support and security systems. These providers are not allowed to use your data for their own purposes.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards including authenticated access, encrypted transport, access controls and monitoring. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we design for protection by default.
